Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. We ship via USPS and UPS. Tracking information is provided when available — allow time for the carrier's system to update after your label is created.

We ship to all 50 United States. Shipping availability at checkout does not guarantee that a product is lawful to purchase or possess in your location. That's on you to verify.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery — unused, uncarried, unsharpened, unmodified, and in original packaging.

Email kynlee@k2knives.com for return authorization before sending anything back. Do not ship returns without authorization.

A 15% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns.

Final sale items: Sale items, custom orders, and special-order items are not eligible for return.

Wrong or Damaged Item

If we sent the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, email kynlee@k2knives.com with your order number and a photo. If it's our error, we cover return shipping and make it right.
