RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be brought to our attention within (2) days of delivery, once contacted we request the package be shipped within three (3) days of customer receiving their Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number otherwise any returns will be canceled and any items returned to customer. 

Lost in Transit

All items purchased from TD Knives, LLC are subject to a shipment contract. All risk of loss, damages and title for such items passes to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at tdknifeco@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number mail your return to the following address.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

For defective products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns, except defective products.
Pre-Owned items and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Product must be returned to us in the exact same condition, it was when we sent it. Including any and all accessories and packaging.
